The USF English Department Newsblog is the monthly digital newsletter featuring faculty, alumni, and graduate accomplishments; updates from the EGSA (English Graduate Student Association); undergraduate highlights; calls for papers; and events of professional interest to our department.
The newsblog is published by Laura Runge, Professor English and Acting Graduate Director and Haili Alcorn, Editor (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Inklinks - Graduate Program Newsletter
Inklinks is the monthly newsletter for the graduate program in the English Department at USF. It includes
important information on deadlines, changes, updates and announcements related to graduate studies. It also has
columns that feature graduate student activities, faculty and student accomplishments, department news (including
interviews with new professors) and a calendar of events. The current editor is Cassie Childs, a doctoral candidate in her third year of the program.
The English Undergraduate Newsletter
The English Undergraduate Newsletter includes important departmental information for our majors, including dates, career development tips, and advising recommendations. Published every semester, the newsletter also features undergraduate student awards and achievements, faculty and alumni profiles, and coverage of English clubs and events. The current editors are Sarah Wray and Aaron Petuch, the Undergraduate Advisors, and they encourage student input and contributions.
The FYC unCommon Newsletter is "a crowd-powered newsletter for a writing-centered community." The current iteration of the newsletter is housed on the Writing Commons website.
