English Undergraduate Mentor Program

  Mission Statement

The University of South Florida English Graduate Mentorship Program, sponsored by the English Graduate Student Association, fosters a network of support for undergraduate and graduate English majors, with emphasis on professionalizing individuals to succeed in current academic pursuits and beyond. The goal of the mentorship program is to inspire membership into the profession of English by providing guidance, direction, and motivation to our young professionals. Our mission begins with undergraduate retention and completion, encourages internship, considers graduate study, and continues with career success.
